Thank you for choosing The Cupcake Junkies! Please review our policies before placing your order.
Order Notice
All orders must be placed at least
2 weeks in advance
of the requested pickup date.
Orders requested with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be declined based on availability.
No order is considered confirmed until payment or deposit has been received.
Rush Orders
Orders requested with less than
2 weeks’ notice
are considered rush orders and are accepted based on availability only.
Orders placed
3–13 days before the pickup date
will incur a
$50 rush order fee
.
Orders requested with
less than 72 hours’ notice
will not be accepted.
Rush order fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking.
The Cupcake Junkies reserves the right to decline any rush order request.
Payment Requirements
Orders Under $200
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Orders $200 and Above
A non-refundable 50% deposit
is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due
1 week before the scheduled pickup date
.
No exceptions will be made for late payments.
Refund Policy
All payments and deposits are
non-refundable and non-transferable
.
Once an order is booked and payment is received, no refunds will be issued.
Order Changes
Any changes to an order must be requested at least
7 days before pickup
.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
No changes will be accepted once production has begun.
Design Disclaimer
Inspiration photos are welcomed; however, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, design, and decoration.
Allergy Notice
Products are prepared in a kitchen that may come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
The Cupcake Junkies cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Pickup Policy
Pickup Location: Germantown, Maryland
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Customers are responsible for arriving during scheduled pickup hours.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup.
Transportation & Liability
Once an order leaves our possession, The Cupcake Junkies is not responsible for any damage caused during transport, storage, or handling.
Late & Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be discarded after 24 hours.
No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed orders.
Weather & Emergency Policy
In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, pickup arrangements may be adjusted as necessary.
